We believe that simply supplying clients with robust technology solutions is not enough. BrandMuscle is always available to assist users to ensure they have a positive experience and, above all, program success.
As such, the BrandMuscle Support Center is staffed by professionals versed in not only BrandMuscle’s multimedia ad builder solutions and services but also our clients’ brand marketing goals and advertising objectives.
The Support Center fields marketing and technology related questions from a wide variety of users, including corporate and end-users, as well as our clients' agencies and vendor partners.
In addition to providing support to current system users, the Support Center is instrumental in training new clients during implementation. The Support Center conducts both in-person and Web-based training sessions for our clients. These training sessions ensure that all users derive the maximum benefit from the web-based marketing solutions we provide.
The Support Center is staffed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET weekdays, and is covered after hours and on weekends by pager service.
